'Let us remember Randal on the autopsy table: 13 cracked ribs, a broken elbow, lacerated liver, four brain injuries, a tooth in his stomach, more than a hundred bruises and lacerations.
The emaciated little thing weighed 42 pounds. He'd had pneumonia to boot, gurgling in his lungs as he dragged himself up the stairs in a household where no adult ever offered a hand-unless to strike him.
On the last night of Randal's miserable life, his older brother Tego, only 8, lifted the boy's unconscious body from a tub full of cold water, hoisted him over his shoulders, carried him to their shared bedroom, stripped off Randal's sodden pyjamas, tucked him under a blanket and lay down alongside him.
One woke up the following morning and one didn't.'

These were words written by the heart disturbed journal reporter Rosie Dimanno after hearing the murder/slaughter case of a 7 years old Randal Dooley.

What happened to humanity? What happened to us? How could this have happened to a child who is supposed to get help rather than hurt, nurture rather than torture?
If things like this could happened to a 7 years old, how much more it can happened to anyone innocent.
